Search Disabled?

Is it just me, or is the "search" feature on the site ... completely missing?????? And when I click on "find all posts by user" from someone's profile (my own...)... I get "search has been disabled." And I can't seem to find the "new posts" button that was so handy... :confused::(:mad::confused:

Whenever server activity reaches a certain level it disappears so we cannot overload it.

Well it definately has the effect of decreasing server load...
