What's the biggest rally we've had so far, 2,000? I think 10,000 would be an amazing success.

Not going to get too many floaters in the Philly area as Nov. 10th is PSU vs. Temple at Temple.

I would plan for 3,000 and be happy with anything over - that is a lot of people. With as much time as you have I'm sure you'll be able to bring in at least a few thousand. What are the contingency plans if there is inclement weather?

can rolling alot of people. I also believe that are alot of people in NY<PHILLY, BOSTON, DC, area that are close enough to PHILLY area that are not part of the meetup, I bet if the campiagn on there home page lists a goal like the fund raising goal we can do at least 100K and more would be gravy!

you also have your:

1) Anti War groups (Code Pink)
2) 911 truthers (Like them or not Paul attracts all people whether you agree with them or not)
3) Meetup groups
4) East COat RON PAUL supporters!
ETC

A huge presence will really make the CROOKS shake in their boots!

MSM: We are here in Philly today with all the RP internet spammers, and again to remind our viewers at home, RON PAUL has NO chance to win with now 1/2 % in the polls. People at home please disgard the 200K people in attendence that means nothing.

Or something to that effect.

Guys...we should make this happen. We should plan it to coincide with a major holiday and/or primaries. I would make the drive up there if this were to happen given proper time to prepare.

The MSM would take a picture or two making it look like only 5 or 6 were in attendance! :D

I'm from Villanova University. I'll see if i can generate some on-campus interest and get a bunch of people to show up at the rally. I can guarantee at least 6 of me and my buddies will show up, and hopefully many more.

you guys are funny.

We will be lucky to get 10,000 people to attend. That in and of itself is a massive feat. Hell you better find a new venue if you want more people than that.

Remember, although the region is densely populated, you are trying to pull supports to what is essentially and anti-state rally in the more pro-state part of the US.

if the campaign had officially released something a month ago and said they wanted to make this the biggest rally ever then I would be there (from CA). but that never happened and those of us with jobs can't plan if we don't get the notice well in advance. the notice that RP would be in LA on a Wednesday was given just 2 weeks in advance.

None of the other candidates would have the Bulls jewels to plan an event like this. Ron Paul is the only one who can make Philly rock!

Hopefully the PSU game won't start til 7 or 8PM. That would be perfect. Tons of people would be in Philly for the game.

Yeah, think about it... You'll be pumped from the Rally and thirsty. Head on down to the local to have a couple of quiet ones and reflect on the day... Then when you least expect it, the post game party animals arrive and you finish the day on a high(or hangover). Primo!

I've been doing that for weeks. I need help with it. Here's the text to send to as many organizers as you can. Don't do NJ, NY, Fl or CT. or Maryland either.

Hi there,

My name is Bob Larkin and I'm working with the meetups in Philadelphia to put on the biggest, baddest rally of the year in Philadelphia on November 10, 2007. The date is all set. Ron Paul will be there. The place is Independence Mall (lots of historical significance there, since it is the signing place of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Also of significance is the fact that it is veterans weekend and the campaign is rolling out a new initiative having to do with veterans and there is also a veterans group doing something in the lot right next to this rally. This is a tremendous opportunity to get national media attention for the campaign and I am asking everyone to contact as many people through meetup as they can to come and participate in the rally. Projected times are currently 12-4 in the afternoon but that could change depending on how many other speakers are there. Anyway, your help in spreading the word would be much appreciated. There is an UN-official website at http://Philly.ronpaulrally.org that is serving as a clearing station for information on the rally and I am also asking people to DIGG the rally to help get it more attention here: http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/Ro...vember_10_2007

If you could email this to all of your members and to the members of any other groups you belong to, it would be much appreciated. You can also find more information at http://www.ronpaulforums.com

Please email this message, as is, to all your members and let viral marketing do it's thing. Thankyou for your support of Ron Paul and for helping to make this Rally absolutely HUGE!!!

Bob Larkin
