In an ideal world, trying to reinstate the draft would receive as much condemnation as trying to reinstate slavery. But even if there isn't such a strong condemnation, it would be good to see him go.

Yea, he is an idiot. Reinstating the draft doesn't make any sense. If the dem opponents have enough money in the primary, I am sure this guy will lose.

Charlie Rangel has done his damage to the American Taxpayers. Rangel has already lined his pockets and made his millions. It appears Rangel (As USUAL) are immune to violating tax laws. He's part of creating the huge aristocracy inside the DC beltway.

He continued to come up with gimmicks to tax the people whether by fees and excise taxes to inflation. This way he can say he didn't increase taxes, etc.

Thanks Rangel and his "House Ways & Means Committee" for zapping 30 million taxpayers this year with AMT where in 1967 there were a total of 155 individuals with incomes over $200,000 targeted.
