Great article!

Abowitz notes that the "milk enemas" depicted in one of the targeted films can be seen in hundreds of other movies. Even if the sex acts depicted in the films that are cited in Stagliano's indictment were highly unusual, there is simply no principled basis for declaring that milk coming out of a woman's butt is obscene, while semen shooting from a man's penis (featured in nearly every mainstream porn film with male performers) is not. This is not justice; this is a joke.

lol, truth!

What's the matter CC - never had a milk enema? :D

Speaking of which, I've heard that getting a legitimate enema can actually make you feel like a million bucks! Supposed to really clean you out.

I might look into it.

I shall not today attempt further to define the kinds of material I understand to be embraced within that shorthand description ["hard-core pornography"]; and perhaps I could never succeed in intelligibly doing so. But I know it when I see it...

That was a Supreme Court Justice...

I might look into it.Actually during the 2008 RP campaign at the HQ in Nashville the big thing around the office were colonics. One of the guys who was volunteering had a dad who did that for a living. I didn't know what it was but the first time I heard the word aloud I thought it was some sort of drink. Ya know, "yes I'll have a calonic on the rocks, shaken not stirred".

When I asked I was quickly corrected and very disappointed :( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colonic

Haha, imagine if they looked at you, took you literally and said - "Suit yourself!"

Hrmmm... a colonic, on the rocks... shaken - but not stirred.

Might be fun!
