Can we do a money bomb early for 2012 so RP doesn't use a high school's AV club to produce campaign ads in early states?

I think he had money by that point. There was a week where Ron raised a million dollars, before the money bombs, and it was surprising. This ad came after that. I blame the incompetent campaign staff.

Exactly. We were outraising nearly everyone else at that point, it was the campaign. I really hope Ron's learned some lessons this time around.

I'm sure he did learn some lessons. I'm just not sure he wants (or is physically able) to run again. I hope he does.

If I remember correctly this came after the 5th of November money bomb but before the 16th of December, sometime around Thanksgiving, perhaps. Had a person I know in it.

Yeah, there were plenty of howls of disgust when this got released, including from me.

Now, it's entered the lexicon as classic campaign campiness.

In all fairness, Ron Paul caught on a lot more than purple dress shirts.

having that "High Tide" ad might or might not convince people to consider Ron. But its uniqueness is going to get a lot of attention, and it will probably get lots of commentary among pundits, i.e., free media.

We need to make a new "He's catching on" ad featuring all of the people who are parroting his talking points now. First show Ron Paul making the point, and then all of the Johnny Come Latelys making the same point.

Rand Paul's campaign team needs to immediately transition over to Ron Paul's Exploratory Committee as soon as Rand wins on Nov. 2nd.

Lets keep this momentum going.

+1.

Seriously, though, that ad might have actually repelled people away from voting for Ron in NH...when I first saw it, I seriously thought it was an ad for his 1988 campaign... :(

Whoever directed the filming of it should probably find a different career. No hard feelings, but its the truth. There's simply no excuse for the campaign management to put out such a poor product, especially since there was no shortage of funds.
