Friend of Liberty,

Time is running out to catapult our LibertySlate through their Republican primaries.
By my calculation, we have four very important opportunities on the horizon in a western state, two Midwestern states, and a southern state.
At our LibertySlate candidates by rank page [http://libertyslate.com/candidates/candidates-by-rank/], you can learn more about the candidates and see their policy positions.
The candidates who need your help today to catapult them through their primaries include:

AUGUST 3, 2010 is primary day in Michigan:
- Rep. Justin Amash
------> Justin Amash is running for an open seat in the Grand Rapids area, district 3, being vacated by Congressman Vern Ehlers. Amash is focused on transparency issues and cutting the size of government. He is an incumbent State Representative who has consistent principles. He was endorsed by Congressman Ron Paul and the Club for Growth. Amash has two main opponents in the primary, both of whom are moderate Republicans. Become a fan of Justin Amash at http://www.facebook.com/justinamash and donate to him at http://amashforcongress.com/.

JULY 27, 2010 is primary day in Oklahoma:
- R.J. Harris
------> R.J. Harris is taking on incumbent Tom Cole (district 4), a Republican bailout supporter who recently called for Michael Steele to resign over his comments on Afghanistan. Harris has a long military background, which will play well in this conservative southern Oklahoma district. Debra Medina, Texas gubernatorial candidate, is traveling to Oklahoma to help Harris win the primary. Tom Cole is a vulnerable incumbent and informed Oklahomans may just give him the boot. AUGUST 24, 2010 is primary day in Arizona:
- Brian Miller
------> Brian Miller is running against two average candidates in the primary in southern Arizona, district 8. The winner of the primary will face vulnerable Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D). Miller's opponents are ignoring him and attacking each other. Voters may decide to go with the candidate who holds consistent principles and integrity as opposed to the two battered, attack-dog candidates. He was endorsed by Congressman Ron Paul. Become a fan of Brian Miller at http://www.facebook.com/VoteBrianMiller and donate to him at http://www.brianmillerforcongress.com/.

SEPTEMBER 14, 2010 is primary day in Wisconsin:
- Rep. Terri McCormick
------> McCormick is running in District 8 and has only three opponents. The winner of the primary will face vulnerable Rep. Steve Kagen (D). Her main opponent is Roger Roth, who has an anti-liberty voting record [see http://wi.rlc.org/2010/07/roger-roths-record/] and is being supported by the state GOP establishment. Become a fan of Terri McCormick at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Terri-McCormick/179758644293 and donate to her at http://TerriMcCormickforCongress.com/.

Do your best to help these candidates. Their success depends on us.

Went to the libertyslate website, as suggested in the OP. I was surprised not to see Rick Torres listed there (unless I was somehow missing his name.)

I just recently became familiar with him, so perhaps there is some reason he does not qualify that I am unaware of.

So far, however, he looks pretty good to me, and I really like this appearance with the Judge.
