when does he every come back with this answers to all the questions he doesn't answer? Does he respond to those questions in writing and not on camera?

He damn well knows the answer to that question. I think the larger point is the fact that the reporter exposed the blatant hypocrisy of the federal gov't. They are pissed because AZ isn't following federal law, but they are okay with states who don't follow the federal law when it pertains to sanctuary cities.

If AZ prevails, they leave themselves wide open on the sanctuary city question. Just might see some suits once this is ruled on.

If I was advising AZ, I would tell them to counter sue for not protecting the border and the monies they are not paying AZ to house the illegals.
