To be honest, I found it annoying. And there was nothing insightful or even educational about it. I'm not rating it, but I thought you should know. Seems like you're trying to hard to fit RP into the context of the song.

thanks for your effort and i'll tell you what i think.
it is hard watching a video with the words scrolling over the screen,
especially when you put text of quotes on there too.
it's difficult to watch both.
better just to listen tot he lyrics
and not scrolling text.
also, the clip selection was really not the greatest with all there is to
choose from these days.
thank you for doing what you did.
it was a good effort.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah, I'm never using scrolling text like that again :D

I try to make videos with lyrics that match the message so I don't have to overwrite any part of the song (much like with Ron Paul Killed the Radio Star (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_shlSn3-tdE)).

For people that don't like the song: I like 80s music! A lot of people like 80s music! :eek: We may want to make videos with more diverse music to tap into the other voting markets (for example, why not Ron Paul videos with Indian music? or with 50s music? etc).

I think my next video is going to be something targeting older voters :D
