He admitted to using pot on national tv even. How did Napolitano push him around? Hell, i think Geraldo would be an interesting guy to smoke a joint with. I don't agree with him on everything but I'd love to get him high an pick his brain. :)

He even said "patriotism can be the last refuge of the scoundrel". how exactly is his appearance here worth criticizing?!

I should have been more clear. He's a bitch, because I don't see him criticizing these atrocious wars that have been launched in our name, and seemed more sympathetic to showing reverence to soldiers because they were well, soldiers. He's THAT type of Republican. I'm going to re-watch the episode to confirm this though, as I could be off on my interpretation.

I don't think it necessarily takes a patriot to come out against the drug war in this day and age though either. Doesn't get too many brownie points for that imho.

Yeah I specifically wanted to see more interaction and discussion between Tom and Dr. Barnett. There was a point of contention there and I think exploring that would've really raised the level of discourse.

I think the Judge would be better off with a daily, 30-minute(or maybe even hour) show. He could go more in-depth into the issues and not have to worry about touching on a million different things.
