Don't know if you guys have tuned into this series, but History channel came out with it about 3 years ago

It's a 13 part series on The Revolution.

History Channel has kind of become watered down the past few years (see: Ice Road Truckers) but this is one of its true testaments to history. VERY well made and educational

I saw it back when it aired every Sunday and own a copy

Tune in and tell your friends/family to tune in

People could use some knowledge!

It'll be running all day but has already been through some of the early episodes

By the way, History Channel's website is now offering the whole series for $15 dollars! It used to be 50!

I was fortunate enough to find the box set of the DVD's for mucho cheapo online, and it really is a fantastic series. It wasn't quite what I had expected, since it was more about the military campaigns of the Revolutionary War than the ideological climate of the day, and the sometimes hotly divided opinions of the founders, but it's still a very entertaining and well-rendered must-see for anybody interested in the era.
