We all worked on the float today. I am posting the link to all the pictures I took for "work in progress". I will post more after the parade and the rest of the decorations will be done on site!

That's because

1) I prefer the Navy Jack -- it predates Gadsden AND it was made an official flag of the US (first official flag of the US), and

2) I have several hand held gadsdens if I choose to use them, and

3) this parade will take place in one of my more dem-leaning precincts

How did the fundraising quarter go?

I have not completed the quarter but as of June 30, the total including gifts in kind is $5790.86.

We will be getting the donation letters out now that the parade and float are complete. We hope to get more funds then.

I just completed the quarter. Total raised with gifts in kind $1471.95. Total through June 30 $5923.10 and total through July 10 $6319.05.
