Get some grease markers at your local hardware store or window paint at any dept. store with a craft section.

there are window paint tubes at wal-mart. Next week I'm replacing the sign with window paint.

Party supply stores also carry them.

Window chalk in the automotive section of walmart. Comes right off using the solution at the gas pump and the scrubby side of the scraper.

Yeah, I bought the colors Red, White and blue from Walfart and did my back window on my pu truck and my wifes car. Looks good and catches a lot of eyes on the roads.
Look in the auto section.

You REALLY want to use window chalk! Pat Catans (craft store) has them for $1.79 a marker and they last a while! Come in tons of colors and are WATER SOLUBLE.
I bought red, white, and blue and wrote stuff like GOOGLE RON PAUL on the back window really big, on one side window I wrote RON PAUL 2008 - SUPPORT THE CONSTITUTION, and on the other side window I wrote RON PAUL 2008 and drew an American Flag next to it.
