Alright, other than the "controversies" and a few interviews here or there, I don't know how things have been going on the ground.
1.) Have Rand/Conway been running any commercials?
2.) Do we have any debates coming up?
3.) What do the general public/your friends/your family think about the race? Has there been silence other than Rand = crazy coming from the media?
4.) Are our volunteers getting out there or are they taking a much deserved break?

1) I haven't seen or heard any. They are saving their powder?
2) Don't know. Not sure anyone would pay attention now if there were.
3) My friends/family think (know) the media is attacking Rand. "Did you see what they are trying to do to Rand... blah blah"
4) Rand's still being discussed/promoted, but now among all republicans... it's not just the hard core volunteers now.
4b) we still have big Rand signs in place on barns and along side the roads from the primary. Residuals from the primary efforts are still paying off.
Raise enough $ to rise above the din of the media, in order to tie Conway to Obama, Obama-care, abortion, and gun-control... and we will win this thing in KY. I have family (cousins, uncles, etc. in other counties) who are hardcore democrats. At a recent family reunion, their support for Conway seemed tepid (I never heard them mention his name), even though they were happy to put down Rand. I think the democrats will run hard against Rand... problem is they (conservative democrats, i.e. KY democrats) don't have a candidate they will rave about.

1. The candidates haven't, but there have been commercials touting appearances by one candidate or the other, most notably Rand's appearance at a gun show.
2. Nothing immediate, but don't forget Fancy Farm, coming up in just one month.
3. Most of the people I've talked to think Rand's getting a raw deal from the media -- I believe there has been a backlash in Rand's favor for Rand's getting such a hard time.
4. There is a tea party rally tonight in Shepherdsville -- unfortunately I can't go due to family commitments, but there should be a report on WHAS radio tomorrow at 9am since radio talk show host Mandy OConnell is the emcee of it.
I have seen more Rand Paul bumper stickers still on cars than Conway's. And I'm in Louisville, supposedly Conway's main city.
