... to reintroduce the Audit the Fed language into the Dodd-Frank bill, along with the Republicans.

Tune in!

In about an hour, I am heading to the floor to lead a Republican effort to vote on a motion to re-insert Audit the Fed into the Financial Reform Bill. You can read more about it at Campaign for Liberty

From what I read there is no debate, just a vote.

I think Paul gets to talk about 1207, but there will be no debate on it. They are debating the whole bill right now though.

She sounds like she has no understanding of basic economcis. I feel like I could beat her in a debate of any sort.

It was such a good idea they did it again with the $8,000 tax credit that just expired.

Ain't that the truth! These guys have no idea what's going on. That's why they are all speaking off notecards, yet Ron was speaking from the top of his head.

I guess HR1207 will get one last chance to pass?

Thank you!

And what's Gutierrez talking about, stopping firms from getting big? sounds ridiculous

I find it utterly ridiculous how so many of these Reps have no understanding of basic economics and how raising the costs of doing business, in turn, raises the costs to consumers.

Ridiculous.

It was such a good idea they did it again with the $8,000 tax credit that just expired.

It is just an absurd notion. It is as if they think people actually WANT to pay more for a house than it is really worth.

Disgusting to say the least. He completly ignores any role the Fed may have in the recession and goes on talking about how some more regulations can correct the economy. Even worse is that the way he speaks makes it seem like he knows what he's talking about, but underneeth the veneer is a big idiot with no regard for economic principles or the destruction he creates.
