Why would you think it is higher? I'm surprised its more than 10% based on how 90% of the population always votes for more government.

I agree. 48% is a good percent. And I believe it is growing. But as you point out, the 90% need to make the next realization that petitioning for more government CREATES the threat to Individual Rights.
