We plan to find 100 Billion in savings in the defense budget...
YEAH! - that's a major cut! They finally figured out they can't afford the war machine!
...Over the next 5 years...
OK, make that a drop in the bucket :rolleyes:
The savings will be applied to new war fighting capabilities ... as we don't expect the defense budget t grow as quickly as it has in the past 10 years...

And so on... and here I was actually getting excited that the government was going to curb it's spending. Still, I bet defense stocks are in freefall right now.
