Of course the republicans aren't going to touch this with a 10 foot pole. Where's Larry Flynt when you need him? Her views on the first amendment are downright dangerous and the same brush that could wipe out Hustler as "low value speech" could also criminalize things like the "Obama / Joker" poster as "low value speech".
