When asked how to bring people back to Louisville. His first answer was strange:

He said he thought we get could get back on track in a few ways.

"One, let's reduce unemployment benefits for the short term. Let's have a short term economic stimulus for smaller to intermediate companies and allow them a tax credit if they are creating new jobs."

So basically cut taxes and reduce spending and not creating more debt. That's what Rand and Bunning were preaching about this past year and Jack blasted them for it.

Then he makes statements about education and making Universities better with no real answers on how.
