Need to change the screens in those shots to:

2012: Ron Paul beats Barack Obama to become your next US president.

Given our bracket there is absolutely no reason we cannot make the final four.

If we start winning the rest of the world will start rooting against us. Nothing would please me more than beating the rest of the world at their game. This could get interesting.

the scrappy US team overcomes marxist mafioso sabatoge via crooked offciating to win the world cup. this should have happened in the 80's not now

As Americans it is our patriotic duty to follow, root on, and watch soccer....once every four years. And to ignore it the rest of the time.

Sincerely,

Slutter McGee

Exactly.

Ghana is pretty good though. USA better be on its game tomorrow.

They are good. Beat us four years ago. But at least we get to play them instead of Germany.

Sincerely,

Slutter McGee

Football/Soccer is the Ron Paul of American Sports.

I haven't been following the world cup but I'm watching tomorrows game. I can't say I really care which side wins though I guess I'll root for the U.S, just like the sport since I used to play it.

The entire African continent will be rooting for Ghana, and given what happened last time, it would be epic if the US won.

The French cheered us on because they hate the Algerians more than they hate us.

meh.

Wish people got that excited over Jesus. Or for those who have no faith, got that excited over something important. Collectivist spectator sports are gay.

meh.

Wish people got that excited over Jesus.

If Jesus wants that, he'll return as a star forward for Real Madrid.
