confirmation hearing Monday...
She's totally unqualified
believes certain classes of people should get extra consideration
Against the 1st amendment - believes sprrch rights should be dolled out by the gvmt.
Against the second amendment - does not believe the right to bear arms is an individual right.
kinda for and kinda against partial birth abortion.
believes we should use foreign law as a legal precidence
etc.
Yeah - another Obama nightmare!
