Milton Wolfe is on Darla Jaye's radio program on 980 KMBZ right now. He just mentioned Ron Paul a little bit ago saying how Ron Paul said we should earmark the whole thing. I don't know exactly what thing he was talking about, but he was talking about him in a good way, not criticizing him. He also mentioned how earmarks are only about a 1/4 of the total budget.
