December primary for NH?

So, if the primary for NH is moved to December it opens up this possible scenario:

Ron Paul's campaign will be able to accept primary campaign funding for his 2007 year primary campaign as well as his 2008 primary campaign. (as well as the general election)

Each year allowing for a max of $2300 per person.

So basically, those who have maxxed out would be able to max out again.

Yeah there has been some talk of this; I wonder if they would try to change the rules to prevent it.

This would hurt us more than help, we don't have as many max donors as other candidates.

But this is also bad for Paul because he still needs time to build name recognition.
