Republican Liberty Caucus - Same time and place as CPAC 2011!!!

The Republican Liberty Caucus convention will be on the Saturday of CPAC in Arlington, VA. Governor Gary Johnson will be speaking and others will be too.

If you want to work within the Republican Party to attempt to bring about liberty, this is where you want to be. It's my understanding that this event should not conflict with any CFL events at CPAC.

The idea is to get the CFL / CPAC crowd to come to this. And also get more RLC'ers more reason to come out to the event by "coupling" it with the CPAC/CFL weekend. :)

How is it dumb?

It seems like a good way to make it easier for people to attend, by giving them a twofer like that.

I'm a member of the RLC, and I'd be interested in attending their convention. But it's unlikely that I'd make the trip just for that. However, if I could make one trip to attend both it and CPAC, the likelihood is much greater.
