Same here! I'd also like to repeal the War Powers Act, but since undeclared wars were still being waged even prior to 1973, I'm not sure it would do much good.

I wanna end the war on drugs the most, but ending the income tax is a nice gesture.

Definitely end legal tender laws, that would change everything.

I clicked both and it let me. I don't compromise. I would have checked all of them now that I know it wasn't checking although the war powers act is bullshit. This government will wage war against anybody for any reason without asking for permission so it doesn't matter.

17th amendment because I think other things would fall into place after that.

Why do people rate the Patriot Act as highly as any of those?

Legal Tender all the way. Money is the ultimate control. Give people real money and the rest can take care of itself.

Repeal the Marxist income tax. Starve the beast. The War Powers Act would be moot since Congress would then have to borrow money, which would then expose the Legal Tender Laws for the fraud that it is.

Thank you for voting!
The 16th Amendment to the Constitution, which permits the federal government to impose a tax on personal incomes. 35% (81 votes)
The 17th Amendment to the Constitution, which provides for the popular election of senators, instead of their designation by state governments. 21% (49 votes)
The Legal Tender Laws, which permit the federal government to print all the money it wants. 32% (75 votes)
The 1973 War Powers Act, which permits the President to wage war against any country for 180 days without congressional authorization. 12% (29 votes)
Total Votes: 234

Q: If all money were coin, how would we buy things on the internet or really expensive things?

You could still use debit and credit cards, it would be electronic, but you have actual assets at the bank (like silver, gold, oil contracts, whatever).

The Federal Reserve Act of 1913

That is the head of the beast........... No funny money and then you get change.

If Legal Tender Laws were repealed, we could use whatever currency we wanted and the government would have a heck of a time taxing us in RPF money or something similar, which would greatly harm the 16th Amendment. The War Powers Act is a pointless one to repeal because Korea and Vietnam happened before its adoption anyway.

The 17th Amendment is probably second place because the Senate would then stop taking the powers away from the states and giving more power to the federal government. Cap and Trade and the health care bills would never pass and Senators would be recalled left and right.
