Just had a pretty good shaking. Not as big as the one in April but lasted longer than the usual small ones. Somebody got a good rattle.

Earliest info (amazing we can get this already!) says a 5.9 near the site of the Easter quake.

Just texted my friend. He's driving to NC here all the way from S. Cali. He just left and is in the Los Angeles area, you know anything about that area?

He should be fine. I barely felt it in Orange County. It was 5.7. We don't even head towards the doorways for that.

Down by the US-Mexico border. Mexicali. USGS shake map for it: http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/shakemap/sc/shake/14745580/

Closer you are the more you probably feel it. I am in San Diego so probably felt it a lot more than he would have.

5.9 is what I'm hearing. Just got a text. He was on the highway and felt it, luckily it wasn't rush hour.

Man, there is an insane amount of earthquakes lately..

It's long periods of no shaking that worries me more.

Not as big as the one in April

I felt that one over here in Phoenix! First one I've felt in my life.
