He's armed with a time machine that brings back the founders =)

the initial iteration will probably have some revolutionary war garb. We're not sure what this will turn into. He's making them initially from plastocene so he can create a stop-motion cartoon show kindof like Robot Chicken that serves as political comedy shorts.

But the action figures can be remade in many ways using casts.

You'd really want to subject those poor men to what this country has become?

Ron Paul should be armed with "The Speculum of Freedom".

From post above: "Ron Paul should be armed with "The Speculum of Freedom"

I could have sworn I read that he practiced his craft by reading 'due' pregnant women the Constitution, so the babies crawled out in anticipation of liberty....

Something like this:

" Ron Paul doesn't go the gym. He stays fit by exercising his civil rights.

Ron Paul delivers babies without his hands. He simply reads them the
Bill of Rights and they crawl out in anticipation of freedom.

Ron Paul has no alarm clock, but instead wakes every morning to the
call of freedom.

Ron Paul doesn't cut taxes. He kills them with his bare hands.

Ron Paul doesn't sleep. He deliberates.

Ron Paul's idea of Gun Control is both hands on the weapon.

Ron Paul once folded a Royal Flush. He hates Monarchy.

Ron Paul is 9 feet tall, but the weight of his conscience makes
him look shorter.

Studies by the World Health Organization show that
Ron Paul is the leading cause of freedom among men.

Ron Paul let the dogs out. They were being held without due process.

When fascism goes to sleep at night, it checks under the
bed for Ron Paul.

Ron Paul's midi-chlorian level is off the chart.

When applied directly to the brain, Ron Paul instantly
cures socialism.

The chief export of Ron Paul is liberty."

The first iteration is going to be a hand-painted statue, with RP in founding father gear with a musket, constitution, and tea crate, the next one will be a fully-movable action figure, probably with a different theme, and there will have to be many other characters to facilitate the stop-motion cartoon that will probably emerge from this.

That's been heavily debated, but amendment 2 is the main argument in favor of having a gun.

What does everyone think, gun or no?

Gun. He doesn't have to carry them, he can just own them.

He doesn't in fact carry a gun. But he certainly defends the right of others to do so.

He should CARRY the Constitution.

:D

Classic!

But I hope the actual action figure doesnt have the epic beard going on....

I vote Constitution in one hand, and a "GI Joe Kung Fu Grip" for the other hand, just think of the accessories......

A pen to sign bills repealing unConstitutional laws
Automatic weapon, just cause he can...
A hoe, cause he gardens organically....

nice... now just produce a limited edition of 1000, and sell them for a $100 a piece. $50 donation to the campaigns.

What about a Judge Napolitano doll? Could arm him with the Constitution. Could have a Peter Schiff doll, arm him with a financial calculator or something..

Rand...Kokesh.. you could have a whole freedom fighter series of dolls.

The Mark Sanford doll had a lot of promise, but they had a hard time separating it from Argentinian Barbie.

This is going to have to become a part of the process, because the main artistic purpose is to create an edgy "tea party" themed stop-motion cartoon kindof like Robot Chicken. So as a result, there will need to be custom action figures made to resemble a wide range of characters, which it would make sense to sell them to help generate funds to make future episodes.

However, it will probably be necessary to create dolls for a wide range of characters to deal with the different plot lines.

That said, there is no reason why we can't use the forum to introduce the tea partiers at large to some of our iconic figures. In fact, that is the primary purpose of the show (one of them at least, the main primary purpose is FUN. haha)

The tricky part is this: it would be nice to have a donation element built into each purchase, but some of the dolls will be villains. It might be best to donate funds to a general PAC most of the time, while using some individual dolls to donate directly to a campaign effort related to the doll. For example, if we are making an Obama doll, we don't want to have to send money to a pro-Obama group... basically, maybe the donations could go to a PAC for most characters, and to direct campaigns in the event of a doll like a Rand Paul or Peter Schiff who have active campaigns going on.

The action figure should just have a rolled up Constitution that he then smacks his enemies with across the face.

That is buckwild! haha.

The first prototype statue is almost complete. We are considering some crazy stuff for other characters.

If you guys have any ideas for other characters to include... also, we want this to appeal wholesale to the teapartiers, and to have the tone of Little Bush in a way as well. (but with Obama in place of Bush).

So any ideas you may have of characters to include or themes for their action figures, etc, would be appreciated.

i would say a constitution but that wouldn't be very action-figure like. a gun does not seem like ron paul even though it would say something about his views.
