I could have sworn he was on there, but now I can't seem to find a committee list that says he will be on it...

He is a ranking opposition party member of a subcommittee, but just did a statement on the floor to ask the Cee to restore the audit. I think they intentionally passed over him because Obama doesn't want the audit to be an issue in conference c'ee. I don't actually know he won't be on it, but I am starting to suspect that. we have to make sure it remains in the public eye.
