To me, that looks like the left stumping for the candidate least likely to beat Reid in the General.

yep, lowden must lose! if republicans nominate lowden. then nvgop is screwed!!

I hope NVRepublicans do not nominate sue lowden. these biggovrepublicans must be sent packing!!!

Maybe. But don't forget they like to have both horses in the (general election) race. Just like both left and right media pushed Carly Fiorina the whole time in CA. Fiorina vs Boxer is a no-lose match up for them. And yes, it does give a big advantage to the Democrats, but they wouldn't be terribly upset with Fiorina either.
