Cap & Trade is hereby re-named and re-characterized to Cap & Slave.

The ineffective and weak characterization "Cap & Tax" isnt working. The incompetent leadership of the GOP, and its feckless overpaid strategy consultants have failed to make the Money Laundering characterization.

Money Laundering ; to channel funds through an intermediary, so as to disguise the source of funds. ALL "corporate taxes" are correctly characterized as money laundering. Congress tells you that YOU aren't paying the tax, but rather "evil, greedy, satanic corporations are paying the tax. YOU the consumer are paying the "corporate tax" factored into the price of goods and services, hence money laundering.

So Congress gets a big pile of money. With an investment history of running a Ponzi scheme, they make an 'investment' in "Clean Energy". Lobbyist activity determines who gets the money. K-street & Congress line their pockets investing YOUR money. How exactly is anything to be characterized as "clean" if it origionates from the K-Street / Congress cess pool??? No thanks, I prefer to invest directly in clean energy companies and own the share of stock.

The only thing Congress will accomplish with climate change legislation is to chase off factories to China. We will simply outsource our pollution. A manila envelope buys a lot more "oversight" in China {and other corrupt countries} . A factory in China can pollute a LOT more than the same factory here. The factory in China also has its own Coal Fired power plant, also polluting a LOT more than one would be allowed to here.

Dont even get me started on supposed green energy products. Solar panels, CFL's and Prius Batteries are NOT environmentally friendly enough to make here in the USA. IF you cant make a product directly in an environmentalist NIMBY's backyard... say in Boulder or Berkley.. then it cannot be characterized, referred to or represented as a "Green" product.

Now for the slave part.... Too much of China's workforce is slave labor. Congress has failed to speak out about that issue, {or the bigoted pollution outsourcing } so I will assume that they PREFER to build their new energy economy on the backs of slave labor.

It is well known that many of China's coal miners are slave labor. It is common to round up mentally handicapped farm boys, and force them to work in coal mines. The labor situation in above ground industry's doesn't have a good reputation either.

It is also well known that in China, "Environmentalist" is a word that means "Organ Donor". China does a lot of organ transplants. Most of the organs come from executed prisoners.
