Don’t miss Judge Andrew Napolitano’s Freedom Watch this weekend on the Fox Business Channel, Saturday at 10AM and 8PM, and Sunday at 8PM and 11PM EST.

“Will the warring factions of the Tea Party movement set aside their differences and unite for the fall elections? Ron Paul and Sarah Palin come together with host Judge Andrew P. Napolitano to discuss common ground and major differences. What will be the future of the Tea Party? Rand Paul, Jim Demint, Michelle Bachmann, Dick Armey, Ed Rendell, and a surprise guest will discuss their thoughts on libertarian and conservative coalition building. Will social conservatives put aside their differences with libertarians and unite under the Gadsden Flag of fiscal responsibility? Or are libertarians more suited to work with liberals because of their passion for civil liberties and distaste for war? What will be the outcome? Find out this weekend, join us on the Fox Business Network this Saturday 10AM and 8PM and Sunday 8PM and 11PM EST. Join us for the Freedom R3VOLUTION!”

I have contacted Time Warner cable 5 times now about having FBN added to my regular line up. If I have to I'll contact them 20 more times. I want to watch Stossel and the Judge.

Thanks for the heads-up!

We need to push the Judge's popularity and ratings up so high that the network will move him into O'Reilly's slot. :D

DeMint and Bachman, so far.

Considering people lump them together as 'tea party' but as far as I know some may never have met eachother, this should be interesting.

I talked to the producer of this show yesterday and he says it is vitally important that anyone you know with Fox Business that they DVR all the shows, and that yes DVR'd shows count in the ratings. If you don't have Fox Business he said to watch it on the fox website and not on youtube.

HOLY COW! The show is debuting with Ron Paul, Sarah Palin, Rand Paul, Jim DeMint, Michele Bachmann and Dick Armey?

This has to be the best launch ever! If only it were on Fox News... But never mind, Fox Business will be picking up lots of viewers after this!

Still can't believe that lineup. It's like all my favourite politicians have come together for a party with the Judge!

For those like me who don't have it on our regular cable program make sure that you watch it on http://freedomwatchonfox.com or http://www.foxnews.com/freedomwatch

Its good that Sarah is coming on the show. 1 She will bring her followers to watch and expose them to liberty message. 2. the judge has an opportunity to convert her more to liberty message. 3. He gets to question her on issues that are they don't agree on which is good for ratings to have a little drama. ;)

FBN just played a clip from the show. Rand and Ron were in Studio with the Judge and Palin was on the screen.

Judge said the show will highlight differences between Ron and Sarah, and then bring in Rand to talk about their agreements.

Then they will have others like Dick Armey and Jim DeMint to talk about practical solutions for the Tea Party.

At some point, Gov. Ed Rendell will come on to bash the tea party. LOL

All in all, sounds like it's going to be an epic show. All the major players of the Tea Party factions are going to be there!

To the people saying eeew this person is coming or ewww that person is coming they dont stand for freedom let me just remind you WE EVEN ON THIS BOARD DON'T AGREE ON EVERYTHING!!!!!! You will never get someone to be exactly like Ron Paul. I even myself dont agree with Ron Paul on everything but I do on most things. We need to welcome the crowd with open arms and we all need to let our freedom ideas fly. We agree on much more than we disagree. We need a better way of communicating and this bashing on eachother is not helping.

Is it just me, or do other people think they are trying to make Ron look extreme with the questions phrased? "ALL" drugs at the federal level should be legal but that leaves the states to pass what laws they want, for example.

Also, on BP, the US isn't just a regulator but a landlord under a lease, and no landlord in the world with any brains lets a polluting industry use a lease without careful LANDLORD / TENANT requirements, having nothing to do with the regulation, per se, by the government. YOu might argue the states should be the landlord when it isn't in international water, but putting protections in regulations rather than leases is only because that is the road we went down.

Back to tv.

OK now they are going to Rendell, (however you spell it) and I'm not interested. I'm leaving it on for the Judge's ratings, but see no reason I should watch that part, I'm already up to speed on the opposition.

I honestly think as a showcase for Ron it was a poor vehicle because they used him as an almost 'libertine' foil for Palin, but I'm sure he went along with it because Rand was presented as the fusion candidate. Still, it will leave GOP thinking 'he's to extreme' when he has absolute 'get from a to b' positions that look a whole lot like Rand's platform.

However, I'm still waiting for more info on that bailout senator thing, on Rand. That's shaken me a bit.

Ron Paul is a professor first, a politician second. In every instance where he had to choose between telling the truth and score political points, he chose the former.

The whole point of Freedom Watch is to expand the number of topics that are acceptable to discuss, and it can only happen if prestigious people show up and take unpopular positions.

I'd vote for Mara Rosaria Carfagna (Italian Politician and former model):

We need better looking women in politics.

Overall it was great to see a reasonably principled discussion of the Tea Party/Liberty movement and what we mostly stand for. I look forward to future episodes, though Beck being next week's guest is kinda lame but I understand the ratings aspect.

However, Ron basically ducked the abortion issue, Palin ducked the pre-emptive war issue and Rendell ducked the marijuana legalization issue. Judge should have been a little firmer in making them speak on those subjects further.
