That is a good ad. What's happening with BJ's campaign? Folks out there making signs and giving out DVDs, having fun and whatnot?

Well, today there's a grassroots kickoff BBQ in Apex that I'll be attending, which is doubling as a fundraiser. He also has an online fundraising drive to raise $50,000 by Tuesday, to be used to fund sign and materials purchases, as well as opposition research and the other vital expenses that go into the early days of the general election cycle.

Here's a link to the BBQ: http://www.lawsonforcongress.com/events/2010-05-26/grassroots-kick-off-bbq
BJ is also doing a charity fundraiser tomorrow for Durham Cares. He's biking around the district, which not only raises money for a good charity cause, but raises awareness of his campaign. Check that out here: http://www.lawsonforcongress.com/events/2010-06-07/bj-bikes-around-the-4th-district-with-durham-cares
BJ has a lot going on, and he's really pounding the pavement in his district like Rand has been doing in Kentucky. He could sure use our help though, so chip in here: https://www.lawsonforcongress.com/contribute

that's great news, pounding the pavement is the most important thing, Rand was everywhere all the time and it really paid off
