I heard Nudge Nap on Beck's radio show today (mostly talking about the no recording the police law is some states & how state sponsored boycotts against AZ are unconstitutional - a state/local government itself can refuse to do business with another state but cannot prevent individuals within their jurisdiction from doing business w/ AZ) - Judge said the new show will start "a week from Saturday", which is 6/12

Hopefully he doesn't veer off of the road because he gets his own show (ratings) and sticks to his basics no matter what, I think he will.

If you haven't seen it watch Andrew Napolitano at FFF Conference, Part 1 of 4 down in my signature, he tells everyone what he really thinks of Ron Paul.

That's who should be his very very first guest, Ron Paul!

i hope it doesn't run against the US vs Obama's (or Bush's) Lemmings

i.e. World Cup match: US vs England on 6/12 @ 11:30 am on the pot-smoking side of the country

England has never beaten the US in a major competition: Revolutionary War or the 1950 World Cup match in Brazil (1:0)

don't mention war of 1812 - a nil-nil draw at best from an English perspective

Whoa. Maybe I haven't been following this as closely as I should have. Is this actually even up for debate.

So if I am a partner in a small business in LA and I produce various iPhone apps and games (this is actually true) they are talking about the city government preventing me from selling my wares to AZ? There's no way right?

I have heard of the boycotts but I have a hard time believing this is actually being proposed.

Right, there is no way. According to what the Judge said, the LA government (or city govt. within) can boycott AZ businesses but the LA govt. can't prevent you from doing business with any business or customer(s) in AZ.

I dont think there is a risk of Judge Nap watering it down. If it is on FBN (isn't that the channel it will be on?), then they will let him say wahtever if it brings in ratings.

Stossel did not water down his show, I don't think the judge will either!

It was announced awhile ago that Freedom Watch with Judge Andrew Napolitano would be moving to the Fox Business Channel. Now we’ve received word about when it will air and a few more details on the new show.

The latest word is that the first show will air at 10am Eastern on Saturday June 12th with rebroadcasts at 8pm that day and again on Sunday at 8pm and 11pm.

The first show promises to be a great one with Ron Paul and Sarah Palin (and others) expected to take part in a “Tea Party Summit”.

June 12th, 2010 will be a great day for liberty! Get everyone you know to watch the show. Spread the word!

NOTE: If your cable supplier does not carry Fox Business Channel then contact them and ask them to do so today!

Enjoy.

I just found out that he will no longer be the cohost of the Brian and the Judge radio show as of this month, but he will be appearing more often on the Fox News channel and he gave a vague proclamation of how there may more coming down the line for him on FBN

Glad to hear it.

I don't think many stations carried The Neocon and the Judge show, and I couldn't stand to listen to it for more than a few minutes at a time. It was just bad radio (especially when going head to head with Mike Church). I love the Judge, but I think that TV is better for him than is radio. :)
