Where is this place called Obama and why are we intervening there?

Somewhere in the middle east or Africa, I'm pretty sure they speak Arabic and are majority Muslim, I know we didn't go for oil, some say it was to find & destroy a birth certificate, but either way we need to stop attacking a country that has never attacked us!
