I handed out a slim jim to someone and they looked at the picture and said "I can't vote for anyone with a comb-over."

I looked and they were right. Crap! I had no rebuttal. Appealing to the masses is so hard!:D

Btw, should we be calling these "slim rons" instead of "slim jims"?

I don't know many old guys who don't do anything creative with their hair. Regardless, it's a pretty ridiculous criteria for anyone, barring the "***** Eye" guys, to judge a candidate on.

Did William Shatner wear lifts? Who knows and who cares, he was still Captain Kirk!

Nah, Ron Paul's hair has civil liberty, it goes where it wants.

haha

I handed a slim jim to someone earlier this week and he said.

"I think ron paul has alot of great ideas, but he scares me"

I said "why is that?"

And he said "He reminds me of the crazy neighbor whose yard you were not aloud to go on as a kid"

haha...i had no response for that either. Just let these people go

It is pretty scary when people give superficial reasons for why they will or will not vote for a candidate.

That isn't a comb over. He is parting his hair.

A comb over is growing out either your bangs or the sides and brushing them back to cover a bald spot.

It's just a regular side part. If it was any more to the center, it would look like an off-center part.

I have noticed his hair has been a little scraggly lately. He's definitely not getting his haircut from John Edward's stylist.

I think the best way to find common ground with the superficial folks is to laugh heartily as if they were joking.

If they were joking, they'll appreciate the fact that you got their joke.

If they weren't joking, they might very well be shamed into admitting that they are being superficial.
