I agree with this video. Its obvious that money its a big motivator but not the only one.

And the production is really cool.

Well maybe if the god damn Federal Reserve wasn't stealing from everybody then all of this stuff they are talking about, which I mostly agree with, would benefit all of us more..

Well the problem is that a lot of people use those kind of theories to advocate socialism.. 'just give people what they need to be content as far as food and a roof over their head and all their basic necessities, and they will produce great things..'

At the end they were saying how placing profit as the main incentive often destroys companies because their service degrades because they are trying to cut costs and may turn to areas like customer service..

Well, in part they are right, and it made me think of Ayn Rand, when people get too caught up in quarterly profits rather than long-term purpose then companies can destroy themselves and it is up to the OWNERS of the company to ensure that the purpose remains paramount in order to increase longterm profits.

It's important to be able to turn this information around and apply it to the free market.. if the person making this video was more free market oriented it would be much better.
