Reminds me of a case here in San Diego 20 years ago where a woman was pulled over by a man in a civilian vehicle posing as a cop and murdered because she believed he was an officer.

c. public servants can never expect privacy (while on the job)

I hope this guy fights this all the way. This is a very important precedent.

Bad cop. Very bad. I have been telling my cop friends to tone it down for their own safety.

That being said, this jackass on the cycle was flying around traffic and popping wheelies and had te potential to harm others. I get pretty damn upset when I see that around here. Not as upset as that civil servant though.
