Samuel Geduldig, whose wife Courtney serves as Sen. Bob Corkers adviser (http://corker.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?p=StaffDirectory) on banking and taxes legislation (here’s the Chattanoogan piece on her 2008 hiring (http://www.chattanoogan.com/articles/article_123290.asp)), has hosted fundraisers for at least 18 key Republican lawmakers (http://reporting.sunlightfoundation.com/2010/financial-reform-fundraisers/) - including Corker himself - Sunlight reports.
Would anyone expect anything else from a Senator who voted for the TARP Bailouts? Is it any wonder Senator Corker wants to keep a veil of secrecy over the Federal Reserve by prohibiting an audit? Is it any wonder Senator Corker doesn't want anyone to see where the bailout money came from and who received it?
