In terms of size, the room was completely shoulder to shoulder. With at least maybe 40 or 50 or so having to stand outside the room and listen in.

In terms of enthusiasm, everyone was behind Rand.

There were at least that many people outside, if not more. Gurley Martin was there! My camera isn't the best, but I'll try to put up some pictures of the 2nd crowd. It was a real pity we couldn't hear the speeches! But we did join in the "Rand Paul!" chant.

Here are some pictures for perspective on the crowd size. It was ridiculously large, highlighting the bias of the media in covering the 15 or so lonely protesters across the street. I couldn't even get in, so all my shots are from outside. Above, you saw how packed the building was - no more could fit in the door! Here's the rear entrance:
