Yay, more States I won't be visiting since I would hear 'Papers, please!' The stupidity of people playing right into the hands of the Police-State is sickening at times. Better bet these States will push for the new National ID Card.

YEAH STATES!

I'm surprised to see 2 rather socialist states on the list... Texas would be a HUGE win! - unfortunately, the other 2 states that rally count (NM and CA) are not :( I did, however, LOVE AZ's response to CA's boycott of any goods and services from their state. Not deporting illegals to Mexico, but rather deporting them to CA! - that was RICH! :D

WAY TO GO AZ!

When Obama says he doesn't like it, it's something to put full support behind!

"No!"
"This is good!"
"This is horrible!"
"Monkeys."

The state-level solution I would think would be the opposite of the national ID card.

If 38 states pass (or close to that), then I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we see an amendment to the Constitution for it.

Hope you are right, but I sense bad things coming.

As for SC they have already started taking care of the Illegals thru business. Last year they started off with the large companies. This year they will go thru the small companies. This imo is the correct way in doing so. Haven't seen any "illegals" walking around like I used to see in quite some time.

That's a bit melodramatic.

So when a cop stops you for speeding, you don't think he should be able to ask for your driver's license?

Exactly. I'd like to hear a response from all the "paper please" melodramatics out there.

Well since the Federal Gov has been derelict in their duties as to the welfare of this nation for so long it's little wonder why states are taking matters into their own hands. All they have ever had to do is enforce the laws that were on the books to begin with but nobody wanted to lose that Hispanic vote and cheap labor.

I shouldn't be REQUIRED to have a driver's license to begin with as its a violation of my Rights to Travel and Own Property. Licensing by the State is not that much less tyrannical than the FedGov doing it.
