I don't think so. I have read a lot on that site and find them to be fairly objective. There are some RP supporters but there are supporters of other candidates as well. But they do seem to do a fair job with the numbers.

ehhh one part is not good:

The Internet is also another avenue with which people want freedoms to remain in tact. Dr. Paul has favored every effort to regulate and control the power of Internet. He thinks that the Constitution does not give Congress a right to make a decision who may or may not get married, or what drugs a doctor may or may not recommend.

this is FALSE.

he does NOT support regulation of the internet (aka net neutrality)
