Los Angeles, CA - It looks like Rand Paul ain't the only Tea Party cowboy wranglin' up some GOP establishment types. A bunch of Tea Partyers in Los Angeles County have managed to wrestle control of their local county party from the hands of long-time GOP establishment folks. And when them kings on the hill from the California State Republican Party tried to get heavy and throw these new-comers out of their elected offices, these "balls-to-the-wall" Tea Party cats sued their "old-guard" asses in Los Angeles Superior Court. A judge will be hearing preliminary arguments in the case on Wednesday, May 26th 2010 in downtown Los Angeles with an all out battle royale sure to follow. This guy is packin' up the marshmallows and gettin' ready for a bonfire as the LA Tea Party tries to make an honest gal out of the California GOP. This fight is billed "Old-Guard Cranks" vs "New-Guard Zealots" as is scheduled for one fall...

Seems to be a trend across the California RINO GOP party's antics... barring TEA PARTY, Constitutionalists, and Ron Paul Republcians

Lawsuit’s end may not ease county GOP’s strife (http://www.ibabuzz.com/politics/2009/12/18/lawsuits-end-may-not-ease-county-gops-strife/)

By Josh Richman
Friday, December 18th, 2009 at 2:46 pm in Alameda County (http://www.ibabuzz.com/politics/category/alameda-county/), Republican Party (http://www.ibabuzz.com/politics/category/republican-party/), Republican politics (http://www.ibabuzz.com/politics/category/republican-politics/), Ron Paul (http://www.ibabuzz.com/politics/category/house/ron-paul/).
The war within the Alameda County Republican Party (http://www.alamedagop.org/) is over – or is it?
http://www.ibabuzz.com/politics/files/2009/11/a-party-divided1.JPG

Alameda County Superior Court Judge Frank Roesch this morning ended a nearly 18-month lawsuit (http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4176/is_20090908/ai_n35631377/) by agreeing to sign an election challenge regarding the June 2008 election of seven GOP county committee members who hadn’t been affiliated with the Republican Party for at least three months before their candidacy filing dates, and/or had belonged to other parties within a year before filing, in violation of the state Elections Code.
“I guess the evidence is rather clear and stark,” Roesch said.
Which is partly a moot point now, because the seven committee members in question – Walter Stanley III of Livermore; Casey Fargo and his wife, Lea Smart, of Livermore; David Latour of Hayward; Deslar Patten of Hayward; Christopher Kuhn of Hayward; and John Bartlett of Livermore – resigned earlier this month.
“They never, from the beginning, presented any evidence that they were eligible,” attorney George Benetatos, representing plaintiff committee member Paul Cummings Jr. of Oakland, said after this morning’s hearing.

The subtext is that Stanley et al are “Constitutional Republicans (http://www.constitutionalrepublicans.org/)” affiliated with the Republican Liberty Caucus (http://www.rlc.org/), a libertarian-leaning group often associated with former presidential candidate Rep. Ron Paul (http://www.ronpaul.com/), R-Texas. Fargo also is a former president of the Golden Gate Minutemen (http://www.goldengateminutemen.org/), an anti-illegal-immigration activist group, and Latour is a former president of the Castro Valley Minutemen (http://cvminutemen.com/index.htm).

Cummings belongs to what many call the “neo-conservative” wing of the party, and the infighting between these factions kept the county GOP more focused inward over the past 18 months than on building the party and supporting candidates.
“I feel completely vindicated, we knew the evidence was there from the start,” Cummings said today. “The judge said exactly what I wanted to hear.”
The neocon faction already last month had recaptured the committee’s chairmanship (http://www.ibabuzz.com/politics/2009/11/18/strife-leadership-change-at-alameda-county-gop/). Now, Cummings said, the judge’s ruling “sets the clock back to January 2009,” so the remaining committee members at their Jan. 19 meeting can start reviewing the past year and determine whether to void any important votes the now-resigned members made.
They’ll also consider how to fill the vacancies – and that’s where things could get interesting.
Stanley told me this afternoon he and several others who resigned earlier this month intend to seek re-appointment to their old seats next month. They believe the state Election Code dictates that only the remaining committee members from a particular Assembly district get to choose someone to fill a vacancy from that district, not the entire county committee, and they believe they still have enough allies to get them re-seated.
“I’m expecting a little bit of a task to convince these people (the neocons) what is right,” Stanley said. “Maybe there will be another lawsuit – who knows?”
Maybe. But Election Code Section 7410 (http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/displaycode?section=elec&group=07001-08000&file=7400-7414) says, “In the event of the appointment or election to a committee of an ineligible person, or whenever any member of the committee dies, resigns or becomes incapacitated to act, or removes from the
jurisdiction of the committee, or ceases to be a member of this party, a vacancy exists which shall be filled by appointment by the committee in which the ineligibility or vacancy occurs.” So it’ll be interesting to see where, and how far, this goes.
He said he and the others resigned because they ran out of money to defend against Cummings’ lawsuit, which he said has been bankrolled by deep-pocketed neocon allies.
But he and LaTour remain California Republican Party delegates, he said, and are determined to “reorganize our group, we’re going to come back in 2010 and we’re going to run the tables on these people” with a well-oiled grassroots campaign that should have Constitutional Republicans holding a supermajority on the county GOP committee by this time next year. “We’re going to come back stronger than ever.”

Look's like these old Californian RINO GOP establishment county party controls and corrupts across the state of California.

Now Placer county (Lake Tahoe to Sacramento region) is in the mix of NEOCON control of the conservative party.

Tom McClintock’s speech, “Rockstar”, or political expediency?

Written by Texas Son (http://sacpatriotmovement.com/wordpress/author/texas-son/) Placer County News (http://sacpatriotmovement.com/wordpress/category/placer-county-news/) May 23, 2010 http://sacpatriotmovement.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/TomMcClintock_head.jpg (http://sacpatriotmovement.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/TomMcClintock_head.jpg)
More political posturing from the GOP establishment? More Idolatry “fetish” within the GOP? For those of you that watch Glenn Beck at all you’ll probably recognize this analogy, “when the right hand is waving frantically in the air, keep a close eye on what the left hand is doing”, here’s what the left hand is doing. Recently the “rock star” of the GOP establishment decided to sing of few Tea Party cover tunes to attempt to shore up his sinking approval ratings in the Placer County area, and the GOP establishment (and the sheep that follow them) fell for it, hook, line, and sinker. The current corrupt leadership of the Placer GOP Central Committee (Tom Hudon, George Park, and Aaron Park aka. Sgt. York, the blogger kicked off of Red County for corruption) crew had this to say regarding the speech Tom McClintock gave on the floor recently.
Tom McClintock 1, Felipe Calderon/Obama 0
“Whoops. I heard the Tea Party in Placer County does not like Tom McClintock. I guess the Tea Party in the other 99.999999% of America thinks he is a rock star.
On 5/21 he got up in the floor of Congress and lit Felipe Calderon, Barak Obama and those opposing Arizona’s border law on fire.
Take a look at Tom McClintock lighting Felipe Calderon Up (http:///)
The Money Quote is here:
But there is now an element in our political structure that seeks to undermine that concept of “E Pluribus Unum” it seeks to hyphenate Americans, to develop linguistic divisions, to assign rights and preferences based on race and ethnicity, and to elevate devotion to foreign ideologies and traditions, while at the same thime denigrating American culture, American values and American founding principles.
In order to do so, they know that they have to stop the process of assimilation. In order to do that, they must undermine our immigration laws.
It is an outrage that a forein head of state would appear in this chamber and actively seek to do so. And it is a disgrace that he would be cheered on from the left wing of the White House and by many Democrats in this Congress.
Click here for the text of Tom McClintock’s speech. (http://www.tommcclintock.com/blog/e-pluribus-unum-a-response-to-president-calderon)
If the Tea Party does not support this guy – then who will they support.”
They seem to think the heavens opened up and rays of light shined down to give Tom McClintock some “infinite wisdom” that the rest of us aren’t privy too. It’s so comical watching the corrupt Placer GOP establishment get all “wee-wee’d” up over what amounts to nothing more than a political posturing speech to those of us at the grassroots level that I almost hate to say anything, but, I’m afraid I have to call Bull***t on this one. Let me explain by pointing out a few facts you may want to be aware of.

Fact: Tom McClintock’s “approval” ratings are dropping like a rock in the Placer County area because the Tea Party continues to unravel layers of corruption from Tom McClintock’s cronies within the Placer GOP establishment and he’s either too imcompetent to know about it, condones it, or is an active participant in it…time will tell which it is. In the meantime, the Placer GOP has chosen to engage in open warfare with the Tea Party in Placer County. We’ve had hit pieces written against us, been ridiculed, talked down too, threatened, car windows busted out, and campaign signs destroyed, etc. All since we started “asking questions boldly” about what appears to be money laundering and embezzling operations within the Placer GOP.
Fact: That chirping sound you heard during the final weeks of the healthcare debate…..those were the crickets outside the McClintock camp….it would have been nice if Tom McClintock could have stood up and fought with even half the passion he tried to convey with this speech (that was when the “fight” was actually going on, when it actually counted). The day before the healthcare vote, the grassroots and Tea Party Patriots had tens of thousands at the nations capitol, with hundreds of thousands more rallying across the country urging the people to contact their congress people….and you could still hear the crickets chirping from the McClintock camp (he probably recognized there was trouble when Dan Lungren was starting to be seen as the “rockstar” in Norcal Republican politics during the healthcare fight). What’s more, the Thursday before the healthcare vote I was so frustrated that standing knee to knee with a McClintock staffer, I asked “what the hell is McClintock doing right now, he’s invisible”, only to get the response, “Tom’s in DC eating Bon-Bon’s” On the eve of the the biggest govt takeover of the private sector in this country’s history, and McClintock’s camp is cracking jokes with concerned citizens….sorry Tom, we are not amused.
Fact: The fight to win the hearts and minds of the American people was over a couple of weeks ago. In late April you had the Tea Party State coordinators and our brilliant lady patriots from the SoCal Tax Revolt Coalition (see here) (http://www.socaltaxrevoltcoalition.org/) already taking the bull by the horns and putting together a “Buycott” to support Arizona, organizing rallies, and taking to the street squaring off with violent racists and union thugs to win the hearts and minds of the American people to support Arizona (see here (http://www.buycottarizona.com/), here (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/2503632/posts), and here (http://www.thecypresstimes.com/article/News/Opinion_Editorial/ARIZONA_UNDER_SEIGE_TEA_PARTIES_RALLY_TO_HELP/30124)). When the fight for the hearts and minds of America was being waged, you were hearing those crickets again from the McClintock camp.

You pinned tail on this donkey HOLLYWOOD.

Corruption is corruption is corruption and we gotta be fighin' it all. The reason yours truly is makin' such a ruckus outta' this LA deal is 'cause of all of these fights I've caught wind of this gotta be the best case to win BY FAR.

Check out the story on our website and you'll see what these Tea Partyers got goin' for them. NOWHERE else in the country do other folks fightin' this top-down clamp down got the level of PROOF in their favor:

These are all linked in my lil' o' cowboy "expose" blog about this on Restore LA:

- 2 Separate Audio Recordings of the "OK Corral" Meeting
- Opinion from the gal that is the #1 authority on Robert's Rules - Nancy Sylvester (she wrote the Gorilla's Guide to Robert's Rules, Idiot's Guide)
- "Shit-list" letters from Parliamentarian authorities about the guy that ran riot during the meeting - Mike Osborn (total snakeoil salesman)
- and MORE

Please do whatcha can here guys and gals to help Restore LA help these LA Tea Partyers fight this fight and do what's right.

The #1 way this cowboy learned to win any battle is to pick and choose them.

There has never been such a "got-em by the tail" moment in this whole stir up between Tea Party and them "Old-Guard Cranks" as this.

LA is the largest county in the country...a win here will be felt like a TX size tornado EVERYWHERE ELSE.

This fight is cocked and loaded waitin' for an honest judge on Wednesday, May 26th to let this lawsuit to move forward. By all means it should move forward and when it does Restore LA and yall gotta do what you can to drop other efforts countrywide and kick this one in the gut.
