Even if she were to talk to every person in CD3, it is up to them to understand her message is better than her incumbent opponent's. In that regard, the question is, "Which do the people of CD3 value more - force or freedom?"

Even if all of them value freedom, they must all vote.

Finally, the vote system itself must be integral. Oregon uses computerized AND mail-in ballot, both which are compromised. To remedy this, AFP has accepted the task of reforming Oregon's vote process.
