Uncontested in her primary in Oregon's 3 District, endorsed by Ron Paul. Does she have a chance?

A chance is another way of saying opportunity. She's on the ballot - the opportunity is there.

The question you meant to ask was, "Can she garner enough votes?" That entirely depends on her campaign's ability to get her message out to people in CD3. Even if she were to talk to every person in CD3, it is up to them to understand her message is better than her incumbent opponent's. In that regard, the question is, "Which do the people of CD3 value more - force or freedom?"

Even if all of them value freedom, they must all vote.

Finally, the vote system itself must be integral. Oregon uses computerized AND mail-in ballot, both which are compromised. To remedy this, AFP has accepted the task of reforming Oregon's vote process.
