And he's having a livid fit over the TEA Party.

"My god! They ran Bob Bennett out, they want to abolish the Department Of Education...they want us to back to the Gold Standard! These people want to take over the party!"

The horror.

It will be horror if PA doesn't get out and vote Specter out today. I am seeing very little discussion about voting in PA today. Much more discussion about KY.

I hope everyone in KY is laying off the moonshine or bourbon until after they vote. I am seeing another board talking about having problems voting in KY. Just need to make sure we are not hearing stories of not voting tonight.

I am seeing rooting going on for Rand on other boards so, it is just making sure every vote gets out there today. Good luck in both States.

Fox has more on PA, MSNBC has more on KY. Exactly backwards from how I would have guessed.

Sadly where i live we are outnumbered by democrats. For most of the local races they have like 6 choices. And republicans usually run unopposed. Sam Roher is the best choice for Gov, but i don't think its even close on any polls so there is little enthusiasm. Same for Luksik for senate.

What "party" is he talkinga bout? I thought he was a "democrat" now?

Unless he is referring to the "establishment party", then that makes sense.

If Specter loses the primary to Sestak the Dems might as well just concede to Toomey in the fall. I really don't see how Sestak can win a statewide general election in Pensylvania with his far-left views on abortion and gun control, especially not this year.

Alan Greenspan's wife is covering the Tea Party next on MSNBC.

If PA goes for Specter, then Pennsylvanian voters are as dumb as Indiana's.

Yes, he is a Democrat now, but definitely a centerist. The momentum of the far right drove him out of the party, and he finds it far more frightening than the progressive socialist agenda.

Specter has been Planned Parenthood's darling from day one. That's the one switch he hasn't made. I'm unsure of his gun control record off the top of my head ...but i doubt he's a friend of the 2A.

No need for useless Department in DC, a state or city can handle it locally, yes, sound money would be great so scum like you could not steal it to get reelected til you die. Sounds good to me.

What about how the Joe Sestak was offered a job to leave the Senate race against Arlen Specter?

Specter is pure political scum
