The main reason why Obama coaxed Merkel into signing the Euro bailout is because Greece would have been the domino that would have exposed this "recovery" for the faux it is. The PIIGS going under would cause our economy to take a massive hit. However, it is only a matter of time before the "bailout bubble" bursts, and when it does, it will make the dot.com and real estate bubble bursts look tame by comparison.
