What's next? Murder, rape, and burglary taxes?

By taxing them, dont' they make them legal? You can't tax something that is illegal, though Iowa does it as well and seems to have gotten away with it.

Arizona tried that, and a judge said that by taxing something and creating a license for it (as they had done for marijuana growing and distribution), it was therefore legal.

I believe you have to pay taxes on illegal gambling.

Well they don't have a method to pay the tax available. And by attempting to pay the tax then you are admitting guilt by default.

And who says we live in the land of the free? :rolleyes:
