Why do they keep bringing up the Constitution in that interview? Miranda has nothing to do with the Constitution. That ACLU guy even calls it a bedrock right. Where do people get that idea? Then he says "Congress doesn't have the right to chip away at the 5th amendment," as though it's just obvious that reading the Miranda warning is in the 5th Amendment.
