Since we have a poll on Sarah Palin, and the MSM likes to report that McCain was oh so popular, just thought we should take a crack at some of the other candidates.

If someone gets bored, I kind of think we should start about 2 other threads, for Romney and Patrick J. Buchanan. I'd probably start them myself, but I would kind of consider that to be spamming the forum, and I dont want to do that. I might wait a couple days between polls...

"Very unfavorable" is an understatement.

Of course I would have voted for him in 2000.
Now he is just like Bush.
He would make things even worse than Obama.

where is the piece of trash option?

just to be fair... i have to say that his records improves, even if by very small degree, when he is challenged in a primary. e.g., he cosponsored S604 (audit the fed) before it was gutted.

Corrupt Rino who sings,"Bomb, bomb, bomb,--Bomb. bomb, Iran." And sings it rather badly at that. :D

Very Unfavorable.

If you have an ounce of love for liberty you should put very unfavorable.

Very Unfavorable

Though my full opinion would likely violate forum guidelines.

He's a puppet in a lot of ways though. Someone else would (or will if he loses this year) be in his place doing the same things.

I remember when he came out dressed like this singing it:

He also sank an aircraft carrier as a practical joke.

@ROFL!

I think that person may have made an honest mistake.

But, then again, its the reason I put it up as a nice private poll. Just in case that one person sincerely does believe McCain to be the and all and be all of politital choices, let that person voice themselves without getting their heads bitten off online.

See? Privacy really does work!

lol@sofia

No suprise that not one person here likes him. I AM suprised at the number of people that did think that Sarah Palin was Favorable. And I doubt those were being misread or misclicked. Its an embarassment.

But, I always hated how stupid most people are. Such as the Radio stunt that said that McCain was the "black" candidate, and asked African Americans who their choice was for their favored candidate, and they all said they liked McCain because of his position on "the issues". The Radio guys just swapped Obama and McCain for a lot of these people, IIRC not a one knew that McCain was not the African American candidate.

Kludge will always be with us.

Indeed.

McCain's political career is tostada and Palin never really had any influence -- kind of like a politically-active Paris Hilton.

There's more relevant things to view "very unfavorably" such as the U.S. governments' continued abuse of its citizens through bureaucratic arms such as the DSS (Dep't Social Services) which uses a disabled mother's prescribed (BY THE GOVERNMENT) use of narcotics to justify the removal of children from her care which cut her Medicaid benefits and other such means to sustain her life.
