From HuffPo (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/05/06/reid-backs-breaking-up-ba_n_566192.html):

Harry Reid will make sure that an amendment to break up megabanks and cap their size comes up for a vote, the Senate majority leader said. He added that he was leaning heavily toward voting for the amendment, cosponsored by Sens. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) and Ted Kaufman (D-Del.).

Reid will also support an amendment from Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) that will authorize an audit of the Federal Reserve, he said.

Also, Senator Michael Bennet (D) from Colorado now supports Sanders amendment:
Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Colo.), who had previously voted against a previous iteration of an audit of the Fed, will support the Sanders amendment

Neither Bennet nor Reid have signed on as co-sponsors yet.

Be careful here, this is a classic tactic to look like you're doing the right thing (keep in mind Reid has a tough re-election in November) while secretly watering it down. Hopefully we can keep an eye on this. Nice to be on the same side as the liberals for once this session.
