Freedom of expression doesn't give you the right to get any job you want. If someone had a KKK tattoo should they be allowed to be a cop?

I think you missed the point and certainly didn't read the article. sure you don't have a right to a job, but that wasn't the point at all.

With that said, they disqualified the guy for the wrong reason. It shouldn't be because the tattoo is considered racist by some, they should have said because it was the flag of what was an enemy nation.
