A German documentary, narrated by Werner Herzog (as himself), follows the Freeman family during the election of the country's first Black President. The episode takes place in three time periods: the months leading up to the 2008 Presidential Election, the months before Barack Obama's inauguration, and the present day, with Obama currently serving as President of the United States.

This was a really enjoyable cartoon. If you can stomach a short part with bill maher, I think you'll like it.

Here's a flash version of the program:

I love that show.

If I was in charge of Dept of Education, I'd mandate it for public schools.

Yep, add that to the list of Huey conspiracies : Jesus was black, Reagan was the devil and government is lying about 9/11

I love the show and was pretty disappointed with the new episode...

I kept waiting for Huey to rip everyone a new asshole like in past episodes but instead he just stayed quiet and depressed.

I hope the next episode is better.

Haven't watched the first episode yet, I will tonight, but I read that this will be the last season. That really sucks. I hope Aaron McGruder has a change of heart later in the season.

OMFG, this is what I love about this show, it's SO damn realistic!

"Did you contribute anything to the Obama campaign?"
"Well, I paid $10 for this t-shirt"
"Did you get it from the official website?"
"No, I got it off the car wash guy, but it's still free advertising you know!!"

Gotta love shows that reference internet culture! I'm sure Ron Paul's message will be mentioned, just HOW (they already said Federal Reserve and Bilderberg).

sorry, its hard to resist bumping this thread, they even have lynch mobs who beat those who don't worship Obama (so classic), then they parody "Operation Exodus" (originally seen in the SImpsons)

The Communist Underground would also like that mandated in public schools.

Actually, they just mentioned the "Build-a-Bear Group." :)

I always enjoyed the Boondocks comic in the paper, but I never really got into the cartoon.

I did see this episode, and thought it was hilarious.

I waited a few days to watch the new season because it was so long overdue and was worried it would disappoint. This was perhaps the best episode yet.

Huey isn't a libertarian for people thinking that. He's more of a Cynthia McKinney type. You'll love him and hate him in the same episode.

Huey is definitely not a libertarian, but he's funny to listen to.

Boondocks has always been hilarious.

Watching the episode now. I wish this was released before the elections, would have swayed a lot of the idiots that watch Adult Swim.

Great episode. *SPOILERS* I love how the tea-partier (Uncle Roofus) thought Huey was on his side just because he didn't like Obama, then Huey walked away and went to his room.

McGruder really hit the nail on the head with the mass fanaticism behind Obama. Everybody loved him but didn't have a reason why.

which is ironic, but glad people turn around and admit it (or are willing to mock themselves)

Huey's voice Regina endorsed Obama
So did Farakhan, all because he's black.
No reason to believe McGruder was an exception (but now who's the joke on?)

I doubt McGruder was an Obama supporter. If you know about Bilderberg, you know not to support Obama.

Knowing that there are people who talk about Bilderberg doesn't mean you agree with their conspiracy theories.
